Hi everyone, as a 11th-grade student pursuing the medical field, and as an athlete, I enjoy creating a resource for my fellow athletes recovering from injuries. I went through a lot of injuries playing basketball, and it stopped me from finishing the season. I wish none of you go through the same thing, which is why I am providing this resource as a tool to help you.
